This is not a government office or records custodian. Tracy Residents Directory is a private reference. It cannot pull records, certify copies, confirm who lives at an address, or remove a name from a roll. For an emergency call 911. If someone is being stalked or harassed, contact local police.
Choose the Right Records Desk
For a record question, contact the office that created or keeps the record. The directory pages can help narrow the request, but the custodian decides access, fees, redactions, and corrections.

For records that are not online, California’s Public Records Act is codified at Government Code sections 7920.000 and following. A focused request names the department, record type, address or person, and date range. A CPRA request does not require an agency to create a new list, and it does not override confidential vital, voter, juvenile, adoption, Safe at Home, or sealed records.
